Webinar Description:

The 21st Century Cures Act is almost 1,000 pages long. This bill was signed by the President on December 13, 2016. The vast majority of this legislation is directed toward research efforts. However, there are a few sections that related to various aspects of coding, billing and reimbursement. This webinar addresses the rather hodgepodge set of directives that are directed toward coding, billing and/or reimbursement. Some of the issues are almost minor in nature while others are more general and quite significant. Note that in studying this legislation, the language can be confusing so that interpretation is necessary.
